If you do not receive a message or email with the information, please contact us to obtain the tracking number.
The correct information must be entered by the customer during the order (customer name - mobile number - full address) so that the shipment can be delivered as quickly and easily as possible.
Tracking the shipment with the shipping company is the customer's responsibility, and they must receive it at the time specified by the shipping company before returning it to the store.
(International shipments) If the customer does not receive the shipment and this results in the order being returned to the store, the shipping fees will be deducted from the total value of the order.
Shipping is available to all cities and regions of the Kingdom through various companies that appear to the customer on the payment page.
Shipping is available to all Gulf countries via different shipping companies and delivery takes 4 to 7 business days.

In the event that the product is handed over to the shipping company and delivered within a longer period than specified, Amwaj Al-Bahr Establishment and Store - amwajes.com - disclaims responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping company due to our handing over the order to the shipping company.

Any additional amounts collected by customs are not affiliated with Amwaj Al Bahr store and are borne entirely by the customer.
Delivery is available within the Madinah region only and takes place within one or two days from the date of the order.
