Article Seven - Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees:

3- All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals, and the user must pay all fees due on the platform in addition to any other expenses added by (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store), provided that payment is made through the approved, specified and available methods through (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store).

4- (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store) may impose fees on some users, depending on the offers, products, or services they request, or on the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.

5- (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store) reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or deduct any fees or expenses in accordance with the terms and conditions of the User Agreement, from any user, regardless of the reason for their registration.

Article Eight – Payment and Settlement Services for Stores in (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store):

1- (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store) provides, through its partners, a payment and settlement system in (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store). Payment can be made entirely online through the payment options available on (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store) or through any payment method provided by (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store) from time to time.

2- (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store) is committed to setting the price of the service or product it offers in its store according to the commonly accepted market value.

3- (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store) is committed to providing invoices, receipts and delivery notes for all amounts and profits generated in its store, and is committed to giving the user an invoice for their purchase of a service or product (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store).

Article Twelve – Confidentiality of Information:

2- The condition for replacing the product is that the product is in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store) has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.

3- The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, excluding products that are defective or that do not conform to the specifications specified by the consumer.

- If the product is a videotape, disc, CD, or software that has been used.

- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else that is considered a publication.

- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's misuse.

- If the contract deals with the provision of accommodation, transportation, or catering services.

Article Fifteen – Return Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him from (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store) within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to that product after the seven days have passed.

2- The condition for returning the product is that the product is in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store) has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

3- The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:

- If the product is a videotape, disc, CD, or software that has been used.

- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else that is considered a publication.

- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's misuse.

4- If the provisions of the aforementioned return policy are met, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product to (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store) with a refund of the amount paid.

5- Upon approval of the refund, the store's commission of 8% of the order value will be deducted.

Article Sixteen - Applicable Law or Regulation:

This User Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is subject in full and completely to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Seventeen - General Provisions:

- In the event that any article or clause contained in this User Agreement is cancelled or that any article or clause contained in the User Agreement is no longer valid, such matter shall not invalidate the validity of the remaining articles, clauses and terms contained in the User Agreement and shall remain in force until further notice from the management of (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store).

This User Agreement - which may be amended from time to time as required - constitutes the User Agreement, operating mechanism, understanding, agreement, and contract between (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store) and the user. Both parties to this agreement agree that the following shall be taken into consideration:

1- Arabic is the language to be used when interpreting the provisions of this agreement, or when translating it into another language.

2- All prices displayed for services or products (Amwaj Al Bahr Store) may be modified from time to time.

3- The promotional or marketing offers that may be put forward by (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store) are temporary offers, as (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store) has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.

4- The parties to this agreement commit to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate the Sharia rules, regulations and laws in force related to the nature of the dealing between (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store) and the user.

5- This User Agreement shall not be cancelled except by a decision issued by the management of (Amwaj Al-Bahr Store).
